The recommended steeping time for each type of tea may vary, but typically it is between 30 sec to 1 minute. We provide steeping instructions for each type of tea on our website and on the packaging of each tea product we sell.

The cleaning instructions for our teawares will depend on the specific material they are made of. However, we recommend all the tea wares are hand-washed to avoid the scent from the dishwasher.

While some of our teawares are specifically designed for hot beverages, many can be used for both hot and cold beverages. 


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 15 day return policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Any signs of use or damage may result in a partial refund or no refund at all.


To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
